I work with the individual to more clearly define what brings them to therapy as well as work out strategies to manage the thoughts and/or behaviors that are stopping the person from living to their potential. Then together we make a plan on how to reach your goals.
I am a Licensed, Board Certified Art Therapist, as well as a License Professional Counselor. I have worked as an Art Therapist for 38 years. Skill in art is not a requirement to work on your goals I am also trained in verbal therapy. I am also trained in EMDR.
