I specialize in professional counseling services for individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, trauma and complex life transitions. I provide therapy in a judgement free environment and enjoy working with people with different backgrounds, belief systems, and sexual orientations. I am also a certified life coach and provide coaching to enhance goal setting and quality of life in many different life areas.

I specialize in working with couples, adults, and college students. I also specialize in psychoeducational testing, including ADHD and Learning Disability evaluations. Getting an accurate diagnosis is often a very important step in treating or improving functioning for individuals who experience these difficulties.

This is not a form of exercise but another way to collaborate with families, couples, and individuals, on issues big or small. I believe we try to do the best we can with what we have. We could all use more tools, more support, a deeper understanding of ourselves, and our pasts, to live the life we want. I work with clients to create the change they want to see and in some cases figure out what that even looks like.

Our team specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, fertility and postpartum challenges, and family dynamic challenges. We also offer couples therapy. We utilize techniques that are largely cognitive-behavioral, experiential, and structural as well drawing upon Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Our team also offers biofeedback to help with self-regulation and anxiety. Finally, we offer trauma-focused equine-assisted psychotherapy. We have found that horses & people can help each other heal beautifully.
