Having been in the field for over 30 years, I consider myself to be a seasoned generalist. I enjoy working with people presenting with a broad range of psychological concerns. Some of my areas of interest and specialty include Sexuality and Gender, Identity Development, Mindfulness, and Spirituality. My work is inclusive and queer-affirming. I enjoy working with relationship dynamics of all types, and my approach is interpersonal and depth oriented.

Repetitive patterns from trauma or a diminished connection with a loved one can drain the resiliency and joy from your daily life. It can seem like you're stuck with unmet needs, feeling like you can't get it right, or that you are the only one who cares about the relationship. You ever wonder how people who love each other so much can argue so intensely? I strive to help you move from ineffective dependency to effective dependence.

There's a saying, "Healing is the application of love to the places inside that hurt." I'm here to fully support you in tending to those places. Together we will journey into understanding the major themes and patterns in your life and what they are trying to teach you. This increased level of awareness can help you access your strength and intuition, eliminate negative self talk and choose a more fulfilling relationship with yourself, others and life. I offer a 15 minute meet and greet to ensure we are a good fit.

Hello and Welcome! My passion is creating a safe and non judgmental space for you to freely express yourself. I bring an Integrative/Transpersonal approach to sessions through trauma informed mindfulness, somatic (body) awareness, strength-based, and experiential to help you tap into a more empowered you. The more we cultivate present moment awareness and learn to listen to our body, we can begin to set ourselves free from struggles of the past and worries of the future.

Self limiting beliefs such as this can generate anger, guilt, sadness, fear and other feelings that can lead to anxiety, depression, or other symptoms of mental and physical distress. They can impact our identity, relationships, health, and ultimately prevent us from self-actualizing and becoming our true self. Together, we will explore your feelings and beliefs, use curiosity to cultivate understanding of them and ultimately, unburden the parts of you holding these self limiting beliefs so you truly be you.
