I am an advance student in my spiritual practice of inquiry and mindfulness in the Ridhwan school in Berkeley for 18 years now. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I also have advanced trauma training in EMDR (M) to help process and integrate past traumas with emphasis on attachment taught by Laurel Parnell.
I have a strong love or art in the form or poetry and creative writing. I also paint and draw in acrylic and pencil with ink. This love of the arts helps me open to the nonverbal and creative acts we all engage which help us communicate the parts or us that often do not have a voice.
