Is fear gripping you? Can't get past your past? I'm here to help. My modalities include Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (level 1) developed by Janina Fisher, EMDR, Sensorimotor (level 1 and 2 trained) and Post Induction Therapy (PIT).I have found these modalities useful in restoring relationships in the key areas of life: with self, others, and with a Higher Power. This is how I developed my practice name--Triune Freedom. By bolstering the 3 key relationships, I have been privileged to walk with clients as they journey to hope and healing increasing effectiveness in their lives both professionally and personally.
Trauma and addictions are synergistic--producing a combined effect greater than the sum of the separate parts. I have not seen addictions without trauma and have rarely heard a trauma history without addiction--whether substance or process. By treating both issues simultaneously, the likelihood of positive effects are increased.
As a Christian, my faith is integral in my work and offer biblical counseling as an option. I value authenticity and relationship. My goal is to encourage connection--you are no longer alone. Although I do not accept insurance, I will provide you with paperwork to submit on your own for out of network benefits.
