Throughout life we can stumble upon barriers that prevent us to be our true selves or reach our potential. These barriers can range from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and any life transitions. Counseling gives you an opportunity to explore barriers and potential possibilities and gain insight that could benefit how you move forward. I work with you to establish these barriers and learn tools and ways to overcome them. My hope through counseling is to build your toolbox so you can be successful in creating a life you love and deserve.

I am accepting new clients throughout WA state for diagnostic assessment, after which I can provide links to medication providers, therapists, or TMS. My goal is to understand your needs and help connect you to appropriate services. I provide in-person or remote "at-home" assessment for clients 16 or older experiencing a variety of challenges. When you contact my office, please request an "assessment with Dr. Reynolds" and our staff can assist you with navigating insurance benefits as needed.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained to provide psychological assessment and therapy for individuals struggling with chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, neurocognitive impairment, learning disabilities, eating disorders, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I utilize empirically-supported testing and clinical interviewing techniques to provide thorough psychological assessments and differential diagnoses. My treatment approach is grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I use evidence-based mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavior therapy, and biofeedback training to help clients gain increasing awareness of their vulnerabilities and strengths. Clients change by learning to monitor and redirect dysfunctional thoughts before they manifest into undesirable behavior.

Gretchen Koenig is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Chapman University, Orange. She has been in practice for over 15 years, with a focus on individuals, families and couples, and the LGBTQ population. Gretchen works with those experiencing family, marital, couples and social relationship issues. Clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety and/or childhood events which have affected our well-being and outlook on life, are likely to find a very safe space to explore self identity, efficacy, and enrichment.

My current focus is teens and adults suffering from Anxiety, Trauma-PTSD, and Relationship Issues. My experience includes, working in the substance use disorder field and extensive training in Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation. I have worked with local Indigenous communities and understand the magnitude and impacts of generational trauma. Recently, I worked with high- risk teens in an educational setting.

The story of our life comes with a great deal of challenges, both large and small. Sometimes we know exactly what those challenges are but are unsure what to do about them. At other times we feel a general uneasiness but cannot comprehend the source of our difficulty. It is my understanding that the inner world of the self is vast, complex, and often mysterious, and that the places where we might feel knotted up inside are best untangled in the presence of another caring individual.
