In our time together, we will work on restoring the trust, confidence and sense of self often depleted as a result of relational trauma and life experiences. I specialize in treating complex and attachment related trauma, bipolar I & II, as well as autism, from a relational and developmentally based perspective using EMDR, IPSRT and EFT.

I am a client centered therapist where I assist the client(s) whether they be adults, teens, tween or the complete family.
