Hi! I’m Ousia (or simply O), and I’m excited to connect with you. I work with individuals ages 14+, couples, groups, and other relational systems, actively affirming diverse relationship structures and families (blended, queer, child-free, ethically non-monogamous, kinky, etc). The majority of my clients are neurodivergent and/or queer/trans, but I warmly welcome clients of any identity or neurotype. As a therapist, I offer compassion and groundedness to support you as you work through anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, daily functioning, relationship challenges, or grief.
Some of my areas of interest and clinical experience include anxiety and depression, blended and/or queer families, gender identity exploration, neurodivergent affirming therapy, reproductive transitions (pregnancy, abortion, postpartum, parenting, loss), consensual non-monogamy, relationship and sexuality issues, and supporting healthy communication.

Contemplative Writing for Antifascists
If you are struggling with the current extremist regime and looking for a supportive practice to anchor yourself, consider joining this 6-week group, starting June 2nd. We will root into values, seeking meaning, connection, and catharsis through writing, sharing, and listening, looking to the art, music, and writing of anti-fascists and radicals throughout history, and using the mindful practice of Contemplative Writing to express and witness whatever shows up on the page. There is no need to be a “good writer” to do this practice, though it will strengthen your writing. Sharing, while encouraged, is always optional.
