Drawing from relational psychoanalysis, AEDP, existential analysis, and Attachment-Focused EMDR, I help clients explore the emotional roots of stuck patterns, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and alive.

I’m a licensed therapist with advanced training in Attachment-Focused EMDR, AEDP (relational), existential psychotherapy, and Transformational Couples Therapy all through an affirmative lens. My work centers queer, neurodivergent, and relationally-minded clients seeking deeper connection, emotional freedom, and lasting change—individually or in relationship.
