The goals are that you will know yourself better, develop the tools to change and accept those parts of yourself that get in the way of living, working and loving well.
I offer 30 years of clinical experience. Before entering private practice, I worked in a Hospice program and as a School Social Worker. I have post-graduate training in child and family therapy and psychodynamic treatment. I incorporate other techniques, such as mindfulness meditation.
I practice in two locations: the Upper West Side of Manhattan and Hastings on Hudson, N.Y.
