I’m a passionate Occupational Therapist dedicated to working with individuals across the lifespan — from infants to older adults. I believe that every person is unique and deserves a personalized, strengths-based approach to support their development and daily functioning.Occupational Therapy (OT) addresses a wide range of needs, including motor development, feeding skills, sensory integration, social and emotional skills, and mental health.I provide services both in-home and community settings, with a focus on achieving functional goals that matter most to you or your loved one. Examples of interventions I offer:
Pediatric Interventions: Motor milestones, feeding and oral motor skills, sensory processing and integration.
Young Adult Interventions: Social skill development, daily routines and self care, task initiation and time management.
Adult Interventions: Fine and gross motor skills, mobility, transfers, and dressing, self-care and assistive equipment training.
Mental health support is offered for all ages and can include, emotional regulation, coping strategies, CBT-informed interventions, 1:1 and group therapy.
