I believe you are the expert on yourself, and together, we can work on reconnecting to that "you" at your best. At times, we lose sight of ourselves; we take on too much, skip meals, sacrifice sleep, and simply deprioritize ourselves. We lose our connection to our innate "superpowers" and we need to reset, reboot and restart. I specialize in working with .5-2nd gen immigrants. Those multilingual, bicultural, third culture overachievers, perfectionists that experience anxiety, push though the stress and don't really have time for the burnout, but could really benefit from being taken care of.
