In treating Trauma & Complex PTSD, I find that utilizing EMDR to process the trauma and DBT to develop skills toward regulating your emotions and thoughts tend to work extremely effectively. As a couple's therapist, the Gottman proves effective in giving you skills to manage and alter conflict. As a family therapist, dealing with chronic and acute issues through a systemic approach proves ideal.
