I specialize in working with individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and those experiencing life transitions. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and strengths-based, integrating CBT, DBT, and ACT while adapting to each client’s learning style and goals.
I enjoy working with young adults who are managing the stressors of “adulting” and/or transitioning into adulthood (i.e. starting college, moving out of the nest, or entering the workforce). I support clients with planning and organizing their life, and learning how to be confident in their independence.
Mental health concerns often present differently for individuals with developmental disabilities. I tailor therapy to reflect those differences. As a young clinician with a multicultural background, I value cultural awareness and authentic connection.
