I use various clinical treatment approaches from trauma informed framework, relational attachment, emotion focused to spiritual/Christian faith/based.
I help by guiding you to pause and self reflect, to notice what comes up emotionally, psychologically or physically as we explore the things taking up headspace or heartspace.
