Hello, I am a Licensed and Board Certified Professional Counselor with experience in the provision of mental health services to children and families. Within every boy, girl, man, and woman lies resources to address challenges of life and mental health issues. I use a client- centered and strength-based approach along with other models of treatment to help my clients effect the desired change.
My special focus is on: Grief - helping individuals find meaning in their losses; Anxiety and depression - helping individuals speak positive words to their anxious and depressive thoughts; Parent/Child work-improving the relationship between parents and children that transfers to other areas of life.
