We all experience difficulties and crises in our lives. You may be having difficulty with a life transition, grief and loss, issues related to adverse childhood experiences, relationship issues, or anxiety and/or depression from a source you are unable to identify. You do not have to face these issues alone, and I believe that I can help guide you to the other side of whatever struggle or pain it is that you are facing. Regardless of age, we all continue to have periods of growth, struggle, and change. The best way to grow and to heal is in an atmosphere of nonjudgmental, warmth and compassion, which I believe I can provide.
I work with clients ages 15 and up. Areas of Special Interest Include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), Relationship abuse (This is not limited to physical abuse. Emotional and psychological abuse are every bit as harmful as physical abuse.) Women’s issues, and LGBTQIA issues.

Groups
Women's Process Group
This group is designed for women to get together in a safe, accepting, judgement free space to process relationship trauma, limit of five. Everyone's trauma is valid whether physical, verbal, emotional, or psychological. Trauma is not limited to intimate partner relationships. Often there is a series of similar relationships with partners, family, friends, and even employers. The group will meet twice monthly and is $50 cash per session. Sessions are 90 minutes. Proof of full vaccination is required.
