I offer bilingual services specializing in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, anger management, bipolar disorder, and depression. I also offer psychological evaluations for immigration and mental health assessments. Clients can expect to gain a better understanding of themselves and their emotions, and to develop the skills and strategies necessary to manage their symptoms and improve their mental health. Through therapy sessions, clients will learn techniques for coping with stress, anxiety, regulating their emotions, improving communication, and relationships.

I believe my biggest strengths lie in my ability to build strong relationships with my clients and my commitment to providing personalized, evidence-based treatment.
