I am Osaze Ibhawa, a licensed mental health counselor. I am EMDR trained, studied clinical mental health counseling, and am excited to get to know you. I currently have openings for appointments and they can be made on here. I am open to working with individuals experiencing stress, mental health/psychological struggles such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, Trauma, Bipolar, Anger management, mood, etc.
I work with individuals using an eclectic/integrative approach and utilize a variety of interventions/techniques that include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, REBT, EMDR, MI, and SFT.
In our first session, informed consent, therapeutic relationship and an increased identification of needs and development of a treatment plan will be focused upon.
