Welcome! I am Dr. Williams and I am happy to get to know you. I am an LPC with over 9 years of experience in counseling and 5 years of providing Licensure supervision. My work is focused on teenagers 16+ and adults of all ages. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual trauma, DID, compulsive behaviors, and anger management among other issues. I am a Traumatologist and Clinical Sexologist who is sex-positive, ENM, and Kink friendly/knowledgeable. I also guide clients through relationship issues, sex and intimacy issues, family interaction challenges, parenting issues, career needs, and everyday challenges.
My counseling style is interactive, collaborative, and inviting. I am open, warm, compassionate and respect the thoughts and feelings of others. My approach is a mixture of Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Person-Centered therapy, and other styles applied based on your needs. In addition to counseling, I offer consultation and coaching.
