I specialize in working with adults who have a history of trauma and mood disorders. I am trained in several evidence-based treatment approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My goal is to help individuals gain full control of their life by learning to make positive changes, being mindful of the moment, and accepting current experiences which will unlock new levels of happiness.
