Hello, I am a License Clinical Social worker who enjoys supporting clients through difficult times. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to receive tools to manage their mental health in order to experience healing and peace of mind. My client experience includes behavioral intervention with children on the spectrum and with adults experiencing loss, life-changing events, and changes in the level of care as it pertains to end-of-life treatment.
My therapeutic approach is driven by cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. My belief is that by changing the thought pattern, a person's actions will follow, thus sustaining change.
My approach in therapy is to allow the client time and space to teach me about themselves. I want them to feel like they are in a safe space to share and not be judged. My belief is that the more that I am able to understand the client's unique story, the easier it will be to collaborate in reaching a goal.
