Depression, anxiety, transitions, relationship issues and crises of all kinds are part of life. While school teaches us how to think, we do not necessarily learn how to deal with our emotions, relationships, changing situations and the difficulties that life presents us with at many turns.
As a therapist/coach/emotion educator, I work with individuals, couples and families who deal with emotional, relationship and situational issues. I work well with people in crisis and transitions. And I teach skills that will help deal with these situations in the future.
When I entered the profession years ago my brother cautioned: "If a carpenter has only a hammer, everything is a nail."
I have acquired many tools to work effectively with depression, anxiety, fears, relationships, transitions, crises and more.
I employ traditional methods, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Senoi Dreamwork, Reality Therapy, NLP and more.
My approach to coaching and therapy is to set goals, resolve problems, create new ways of dealing with emotions and relationships and acquire skills for the future. With my favorite motto: "DON'T WASTE A GOOD CRISIS," I help my clients transform painful crises into opportunities for healing and growth.
