I have helped individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship and intimacy issues, cultural and migration adjustment, and trauma survivors.
My approach is essentially insight-oriented aimed at increasing self-awareness through an understanding of past and present experiences and relationship dynamics. With self-awareness, patterns that lead to unfulfilled relationships or financial and career dissatisfaction can be better recognized and changed.
