I use a hybrid of cognitive-behavioral therapy with family systems therapy (structural-strategic & Bowenian). I also use Gestalt/experiential approaches, psychodrama approaches, narrative approaches and some aspects of psychodynamic theory. I also utilize Ericksonian hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
