I'm a great listener and gather information that can assist in creating a plan that can produce results in a very short time. Because of my experience (20+ years) I can diagnose the problem very quickly and explain very easily. We partner (you and me) to help sort things out and return you to better outcomes in less than 10 sessions.
I am a compassionate and listening therapist whose goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. As a Family Systems therapist I look at the family as a unit, not as a group of individuals. Therefore, all that you are, is based on your experiences in your family. Assisting you in understanding how your family unit affects you is our goal.
