My clinical work is rooted in anti-racism and informed by Relational-Cultural Theory. I utilize a variety of trauma informed techniques and approaches to meet my clients’ needs. I believe healing happens when we are able to deeply connect to ourselves and others.
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with life stressors and transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship & attachment issues, self esteem/worth, identity, and LGBTQ+ issues. I have supported clients with exceptionalities and/or those who identify as neurodivergent. I enjoy working with first time clients who are new to therapy.
