I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years experience in the mental health field. My practice includes neurofeedback, a safe, non-medication alternative for children and adults to help decrease symptoms which often get in the way of optimal functioning in daily life. In addition, I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based skills and other psychotherapy techniques to provide an individualized treatment plan in order to empower and enhance positive change and growth.

I enjoy working with kids, teens, and parents to help children and parents be the best they can be. I teach about identifying emotions and learning to regulate emotions. Learning emotion regulation is helpful for everyone especially kids and teens who are struggling with poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, poor social skills, struggling with school, and relationships at home.
