If you’re feeling overwhelmed by relationship challenges or concerned about your child’s emotional well-being, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with couples who are navigating communication struggles, conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, or major life transitions. My approach to couples therapy is compassionate and collaborative, helping partners strengthen communication. My work is grounded in a strength-based, trauma-informed approach and incorporates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and communication skills training.
Welcome out of network clients. I provide therapy to those ages 8 to 18 helping them build essential skills, resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence. I accept CenCal Medi-Cal for children. Treat Couples as out-of-pocket only. With 23 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both clinical expertise and and deep compassion to my work.
