My name is Marise Redmann, and through counseling I offer you a safe and confidential space to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. It's a place where you can open up about issues that may be too challenging to share with family and friends. In my counseling practice, I support middle and high school students, women, and adult individuals through challenges such as grief, life direction, family communication, neurodivergence, body discomfort and general anxiety. Some therapeutic techniques include Narrative Therapy, ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, somatics, and art therapies.
