I work with adults who feel anxious, burned out, emotionally stuck, or caught in painful relationship patterns. Often, these struggles are connected to trauma, attachment wounds, or emotional neglect that may not be obvious at first. Therapy can help you understand the deeper roots of what you are experiencing, heal old patterns, and feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in your life.

I have been trained in Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis and EMDR. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, down-to-earth, flexible and organized. My approach is to meet you where you are at in the present moment and time. This approach helps me understand where you want to start and constructing goals in therapy.
