Anxiety, panic, fear, and OCD have answers. You can take control. Patients average a 15-week treatment under our specialists. We also offer 6 to 8 day intensive formats. We use empirically supported treatments tailored to each individual, including home visits and practicing skills outside of the office setting. Our pride is in our success rate.
The focus at OCAC is to do a proper assessment to understand the issues, set goals, achieve them, and move on in life as quickly as possible. We love helping those who thought there was no help available, or have tried other therapies that haven't worked. It's not about "just breathe and relax".
We specialize in anxiety and related disorders: panic disorder, worry, phobias and social fears. We also treat the the OC spectrum: hoarding, trich, BDD. Treatment is available for children and adults, and we offer complimentary phone consultations. Our focus is using research-based techniques (CBT and ACT) and will go with patients to face their fears.
