It's hard work to be a person! Each of us, no matter where we are in life, have our own personal struggles and successes to tell. We've all been through something. Be it the stress of our present moment, our anxieties about the future, or the pain of our past, I would be honored to support you. I strive to provide a safe, productive, and healing space. My hope for all of us is to understand and accept our past, so that we can fully partake in the gifts of the present. All are celebrated here; no matter what you believe, where you're from, or who you call family :)

I have been involved in research, assessment and treatment of AD/HD for the past 25 years. Individuals with AD/HD usually experience difficulty with focus and concentration. However, they also experience difficulties with procrastination, time management, planning, organizing, and completing projects at home, work and/or in school. There may also be difficulties with delaying gratification, impulse control, memory, and feelings of restlessness. These symptoms impact work, school, friendships, family, intimate relationships, and overall quality of life. An accurate assessment of AD/HD is an important step toward getting help.

My clients often appreciate a relational approach to therapy that involves gaining insight into long held patterns and beliefs, cultivating self-compassion, and developing self-trust to make desired changes. Life is a journey without a clear roadmap. We hit bumps, wrong turns, and flat tires along the way. Worry, sadness, and confusion can be a natural response to these problems we encounter. Sometimes it is difficult to know which direction is the best or even if we want to continue the journey. I am here to help you find your way, to find acceptance, and feel strong enough to face the obstacles to your travel. If you are feeling, overwhelmed, steeped in sadness, uncertain, panicked or worried about almost everything or just one thing, I can help.

I have been honored to work with individuals and couples who have improved their communication, boundary setting, and coping skills through practice, dedication, and the power of a restorative and healing therapeutic relationship. I have often been amazed and inspired by the clients I have seen who uncover their potential, and overcome obstacles that they once thought were insurmountable. We both influence and are influenced by our environments and relationships. The same way we are molded by these experiences, we can also create self change through support, tools, and the power of intention.

Hi! I’m Molly. I recognize that we all hold innate capacity for growth, and with supportive conditions, we lean towards thriving like a seed seeking sunshine. So often though, trauma and pain can interrupt our natural tendency to heal which leads to harmful patterns, stuckness and suffering. Our work in therapy is to restore the torn relationship with the self, and step back into personal freedom and thriving. I believe therapy provides a container to cultivate trust and “un-do” aloneness. Together, we will hold your unique story, strengths, and challenges.

I believe that counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every person has potential to become the best version of themselves; your counselor is here to help you do that! I also have an interest in combining therapeutic approaches with holistic health to create an experience that is unique to every client.

I believe the most valuable therapeutic relationships are those that honor and validate your past and present experiences, with the intention of identifying and navigating obstacles to healing and growth. I approach our work together with respect, empathy, curiosity, and authenticity, so you have a safe supportive place to explore: patterns of thought, feeling, physical sensation, and behavior; your relationship with yourself and with the important people in your life; and the valued directions in which you would like to travel.
