My approach is holistic, integrating the body, mind and spirit. I offer a trauma informed presence and practical clarity. My work is guided by and attuned to each person’s unique process and life experiences. I assist you to unravel what is no longer serving you and empower the inner wisdom and healing process within you. Working with me is a collaborative process, and my hope is that you experience embodied self-awareness, deeper authentic and meaningful connection to yourself and others so that you can live in a way that is truest to your heart.

"During difficult times I teach people how to better manage their lives and how to avoid feeling victimized by outside circumstances. I establish rapport easily with people and accept people exactly where they are. I create a safe, trusting environment in which a therapeutic relationship can develop. Counseling is an opportunity to learn new skills which may include: improving self-esteem, setting boundaries, making healthy decisions, managing stress and anxiety. As a person begins to have a healthier relationship with themselves, it allows them to take ownership of their life and manage it more productively. "
