Currently accepting new clients. Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m a therapist who works with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also work with members of the LGTBQIA+ and BIPOC communities. My other treatment focuses are bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), grief, relationship issues, and family conflicts. I am excited to provide you with individualized sessions specific to your current concerns.

I work best with people who are ready to do the work, who are open to the exploration of Self and healing. If you are here exploring psychotherapy options then that means you! I work with people that are both looking to heal, or those that are feeling pretty good but want to level up (however what is nice is that both often end up occurring). I work with mostly adult men and women and do see some teens if they are older or emotionally mature. I also offer Men's groups in addition to individual psychotherapy.

I work from a mind-body-spirit lens with a focus on nervous system regulation, somatic interventions, NLP, mindfulness, and EFT meridian tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques). We work together to help unstick the parts of yourself and your life that are stuck. We will work together to create a different relationship with these parts so you can have the experience of being happy, healthy, well, and fulfilled in you life.

I help people living with depression, self-identity struggles, grief, trauma and have experience working within LGBTQIA+ and ethical non-monogamous communities. The children I see have/are experiencing abuse, behavior concerns, and life stressors. My role as a therapist is to offer authentic and genuine reflections and to help strengthen your mental capacity and confidence to handle internal and external stressors. I believe we all have a story to tell, some intertwined with tragedy and challenges, and that our time together is for you to tell yours. Note: I don't work with insurance companies; only out of pocket.

With compassion and listening, I will work with you to identify your underlying issues, help you to clarify your core beliefs, and help you to release limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns. My goal is to support you, to deepen your capacity for self-reflection, acceptance, and life purpose. I will honor your strengths while helping you to work through life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I can integrate whatever style of therapy you are interested in (e.g. talk, education, interactive, area specific). I use John Gottman's therapy for couples counseling. I offer sliding scale or insurance billing.

I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist serving clients via zoom in California and Oregon. If you struggle with chronic issues and have tried other therapists and are still struggling, I may be the therapist for you. I am a specialist in accessing early trauma and clearing it through the use of brain-based therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting. I am certified in Brainspotting and Systemic Family Constellations and trained in EMDR I/II. I combine these three methods plus my natural empathic abilities to access blockages and clear them. You will feel immediately better!

My ideal clients are young to middle-aged men who are looking for balance, clarity, a sense of belonging, and a new healthy way of being masculine. I work with archetypal models and ideas, and ritual. I work with clients that could benefit from a coaching model, such as those feeling stuck in starting a business, wanting greater success, or those looking to access flow states, greater authenticity, peak performance, etc.. I also work with poor self-esteem or self-image difficulties, anxiety/social anxiety, and social confidence. I utilize mindfulness techniques, emotional mastery, nature-based therapy, narrative approaches, etc.

My passion is helping individuals move through challenges and toward living life as their most authentic self through exploring and utilizing the personal energy and wisdom they already possess. This may include navigating significant transitions while maintaining a sense of self, finding strength and meaning in dark times, or facilitating present moment awareness and joy. Each of us has unique, complex stories which, at times, can create internal conflict, blocking us from moving forward. I work with you to accept and integrate conflictual parts of your experience and self so that you can move forward with increased self-awareness, self-appreciation and openness to experience.
