When everything feels like a hot mess (and the last two years certainly have been), it can be overwhelming to know where to start taking better care of yourself. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows for us to explore the reasons you are feeling stuck as well as uncovering your inner resilience. I draw from different treatment modalities that are rooted in both somatic and cognitive approaches including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, EFT, and DBT. I have been practicing for 15+ years with individuals & families.
