I'm an eclectic therapist trained in many evidence-based, holistic, and indigenous healing practices from my professional and lived experiences. With a wide ranging tool box, I’ve been successful in treating individuals with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life stressors, identity concerns, family issues and addictive behaviors. I have been a counselor for over 14 years and identify as a third-culture psychologist. I see race-based and systemic trauma and work with individuals who identify with these communities. I'm neurodivergent and LGBTQI affirming therapist.

I enjoy working with clients to build on their strengths and gifts to improve their quality of life. My goal as a Tele-Health therapist is to provide a safe and welcoming, non-judgmental, environment to collaboratively identify struggles, traumas, issues, and problems that have been difficult to overcome, then support and help guide you in developing skills that lead to a more fulfilling life. While serving In the U.S. Army, I noticed how a devoted therapist can have an immense impact on a person's recovery. After completing my enlistment, I decided to pursue a career in Mental Health.

Juniper Tree Counseling is expanding to Jackson County! Telehealth services for adults are available immediately with in-person services soon to follow. Our therapist, Chelsea Wold, LCSW, works with a broad range of patients, most of whom are experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms. She offers EMDR as a treatment option. Her passion is working with those who experience trauma in high-stress professional roles (law enforcement, first responders, medical personnel, educators, military, etc.). Chelsea also works to incorporate therapeutic animal-assisted treatment into therapy sessions for clients who find it beneficial.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Roseburg, Oregon. I have several years of experience working with all ages, cultural backgrounds and struggles. I am also working on completing my credentials as a substance abuse therapist and sand tray therapist. I am easy going, patient and compassionate. I am willing to work with you through your journey of healing, working with you, getting to know you and supporting you. I have a small practice for a more personal experience. My practice as has 2 CSWA's who are taking patients as well.

I am well versed in PTSD, vicarious trauma, and depression through my education and personal experiences. I want to serve my community and provide you with the tools you need to grow in good mental health. I can provide the time and a safe space for you to discuss how experiences of trauma have had an impact. In therapy, you will learn coping skills to address symptoms of PTSD, vicarious trauma and develop self-care practices to help prevent future recurrences. As an EMDR board certified therapist, I am committed to helping survivors of trauma heal. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with acute and complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and relationship issues. Through EMDRIA/CPT board certifications, advanced trainings, consultations with leaders in the field of trauma informed psychotherapy, and working at an inpatient/outpatient PTSD clinic. I have mastered how to refine and customize culturally competent treatments to fit each individual’s unique needs and improve therapeutic outcomes for trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and eating disorders.

I have over thirty years of training and experience in assessing and treating mental health and life-skills issues. I have provided treatment to individuals, couples, families, teenagers and children. With over 15 years of experience, I have successfully assisted adults dealing with various issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, identity concerns, life transitions, weight management, healthy living, marital/relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, school stress, leadership, and work-related stress.

I specialize in working with substance use disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety, and have been working with these specialties since 2012.  I utilize a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy to help the support the client in identifying their goals and moving forward with the whole person in mind.

Natalie (Nat) Day is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from Boise State University with a Masters in Social Work in 2018. Over the last decade she has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, on-campus college counseling, substance abuse treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, and community mental health. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, addictions, and sexuality (with special focus on kink/BDSM/sex work), her approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing on a variety of evidenced based practices.

I believe strongly that people can and do change. People have the capacity to develop new skills and behaviors to improve their circumstances even in the face of overwhelming events. In my practice, I use a person-centered approach guided by the client. I strive to help people develop healthier thoughts and behaviors to move towards their goal(s). I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for people to explore issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, trauma, and more.
