My goal as a Tele-Health therapist is to provide a safe and welcoming, non-judgmental, environment to collaboratively identify struggles, traumas, issues, and problems that have been difficult to overcome, then support and help guide you in developing skills that lead to a more fulfilling life. While serving In the U.S. Army, I noticed how a devoted therapist can have an immense impact on a person's recovery. After completing my enlistment, I decided to pursue a career in Mental Health.

I have over thirty years of training and experience in assessing and treating mental health and life-skills issues. I have provided treatment to individuals, couples, families, teenagers and children. I value the confidentiality of my clients above all else; what you bring to me IS your life story and I treat that privilege as what it is...something to be treasured and protected! Beginning treatment can be overwhelming and angst producing, I will do my best to provide an inviting and comfortable environment that you can relax in, knowing you are respected and honored in my office.

I use an approach that helps clients to get a deeper understanding of where their psychological experience comes from. I use a psycho-educational approach that asks clients to delve into an understanding of the spiritual nature behind life.

I am accepting new clients. I help clients who seek to increase their strengths, awareness, openness, flexibility, intelligence (IQ and EQ), resiliency, create empowering processes and solutions leading to meaningful life engagement, and improving quality of life. I have worked with all ages, backgrounds and issues, individuals, couples and families. I have found the best predictor of effective therapy is how well the client connects with the therapist. I am open to working with all people, cultures and conditions.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Roseburg, Oregon. I have several years of experience working with all ages, cultural backgrounds and struggles. I am also working on completing my credentials as a substance abuse therapist and sand tray therapist. I am easy going, patient and compassionate. I am willing to work with you through your journey of healing, working with you, getting to know you and supporting you. I have a small practice for a more personal experience. My practice as has 2 CSWA's who are taking patients as well.

I have a direct and sarcastic style with strong language when left unchecked. My struggle with ADD occasionally makes it difficult for me to wrap up sentences neatly. Despite not always presenting a polished exterior, my personal journey of self-discovery, therapeutic expertise, and a decade of mental health education enable me to help you find inner peace.
