I work with folks experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, life transitions, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, emotional distress, and career stress. You might feel like you'd like to start (or continue) exploring your past trauma. You might want coping strategies for depression or anxiety. I help my clients with all of these issues and more. I do primarily talk therapy and I can bring in different modalities when the situation calls for it, including more experiential therapies like EMDR and parts work. I help clients create space between them and their emotions. Therapy can include going outside of your comfort zone a bit and when it does, you'll have a supportive partner with you.
Whether you're feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, not living the life you want because of current situations or past trauma, therapy can help. I help my clients explore the struggles and challenges they're facing, how they want to move forward, and ways to get there. Even if you feel the world is against you, you can remember that someone is rooting for you.
