Not accepting new clients
Let's Connect (503) 506-7880
Unfortunately, my practice is full and I am not accepting new clients at this time. Are you constantly worrying? Struggling to connect with others? Feeling like you have to optimize situations? Wondering how to feel happy or to thrive? Many of my clients enter therapy struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or challenging life transitions. My work draws from cognitive-behavioral (skills-based), insight-oriented, and acceptance and commitment (behavioral) approaches.
I highly value authenticity, flexibility, and collaboration; therefore, I try to meet clients where they are and work together to refine the treatment approach that will be most helpful for them. Overall, my style of therapy is warm, engaging, and supportive. I believe in assisting clients in developing lives that are meaningful and fulfilling for them.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you pivot toward your values, enhance your quality of life, and reach your goals. (Harvard University: B.A. with honors in Psychology & University of Virginia: Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology)
