If you have noticed that your worries are interfering with your life, that you have changed since something bad or overwhelming happened to you, that your ability to cope has lessened, or that you are not recovering emotionally after giving birth, I am here to help you. I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and it is my job to help you explore that experience, be curious about yourself, and create ways for you to meet your own goals in our work together.

Not accepting clients 6/4/26. You deserve to feel sturdy inside. I believe you and your relationships are too important to put off therapy. Maybe it’s that reoccurring fight leaving you stuck, unseen, or feeling hopeless in your relationship? Or you are ready to address the anxiety, negative thoughts, or loss of motivation that's been accepted as your new normal. Maybe what previously worked feels dull in this season of life and you want to see and feel progress again. I take an integrative approach centered on evidence-based practices such as EFT, Narrative, IFS, CBT, Gottman, and others to help you accomplish your desired outcome
