I hope to provide a safe space that is inclusive and affirming of your needs and to help you find self acceptance. I offer exploration of attachment styles and tapping into underlying emotions through Emotion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also have a background in child development where I taught preschool for over five years.
