I integrate treatment, care, and resources which support a healthy mind, body and spirit. I focus on the strengths of the individual and family and build on those strengths. My approach is direct and practical integrative and holistic.

I provide mental and behavioral health care for individuals and families across the lifespan from all ethnic, cultural and financial backgrounds; consultation, training, and supervision, and psychological assessment and testing.

Eva’s aim is that you’ll gain a sense of self, as you process & cultivate strategies to counteract distressing situations & emotions during your sessions. She’ll aid you in setting and attaining your therapeutic goals. She has experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, substance use, anxiety, and depression, just to name a few. Eva offers both in-person & virtual sessions. She utilizes talk therapy, with a person-centered & strength-based approach. She integrates varying techniques and interventions to personalize sessions, and if necessary, will incorporate case management skills to locate needed resources.
