About
Do you want to feel accepted and understood? Do you want to be happy? Would you like to work on improving areas of your life that are not fully satisfying you? I can help! Counseling can benefit anyone, but often it can be difficult to find a good counselor. My approach is respectful, non-judgmental and genuine. I support you and build upon your strengths to work toward positive change. I promote skill building and see the counseling relationship as a collaboration. Initiating change requires effort and my role is to support and encourage you in your efforts.
I provide individual counseling. My specialties include self esteem, relationships, adjustment, trauma, family issues (parenting, divorce, conflict, relationships, etc.), women's issues (relationships, stress, trauma, adjustment, etc.).
All of my counseling sessions are provided via teletherapy. Not only is it flexible, but also convenient, professional, and confidential. Call to see if we may be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
