Heather Powell, MA LPC earned her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology at Pacific University. Her studies included a double foci of Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon (former license: C1882, current license: C5239). Heather has more than 25 years experience in the helping professions through teaching, consultation, and counseling. She focuses on client-centered, strength-based therapy in which the therapist and client are partners in treatment.
