Hello! We are a non-profit with therapists who provide individual therapy. We work with adults, children, teens, young adults and support LGBTQ+ clients and their families. We specialize in serving patients' who struggle with anxiety, grief and trauma recovery. We are affirming and encourage others in this approach. Whether you are a single mom struggling to get it all done or a college student juggling too many expectations, there is a place to find peace. You may need to sit and cry or laugh and dream. We will explore your needs together and take small steps towards big change using trauma-informed techniques.

I specialize in child therapy, ages 2-8. My approach is based within Synergetic Play Therapy, a model of play therapy targeted to help re-wire the lowest regions of the brain and support children in finding new ways to respond to stress. The parents I work with are typically curious about how they can best support their children, especially in learning new ways to respond to challenging moments.

I'm skillful in treating people who struggle with interpersonal relationships, conflict, life transitions, creativity/productivity, depression, anxiety, loss, grief, and trauma.

My goal is to provide a place for you to talk about concerns whether they are day to day life stressors or serious mental health issues that are getting in the way of you living your best life. I believe sometimes we need a non-judgmental objective view to help us find ways to take the next step in our lives. I work with individuals who are struggling with stress, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, self-exploration, self-compassion, anxiety, and ADHD.

Everyday we make choices from the very mundane like what we have for breakfast or which shirt to wear, to the life changing like taking a new job, getting married, or moving somewhere you've never been. However easily these questions (and others) may be answered by some, there are many who have difficulty because the answers are not always so clear. Counseling can help in these moments of uncertainty. Whether it is a few hours of voicing your concerns or several months of assistance, a counselor can help you tackle life challenges more easily.

My caseload in not open at this time. I am currently seeing individuals through video telehealth for trauma or symptoms of trauma with EMDR treatment. I am not able to provide therapy to children at this time due to not meeting in person. I am able to provide support for parents through the Trauma-based intervention treatment model of Trust-based Intervention, which is a secure attachment-based therapy. I am able to provide couples therapy with continued training using the Gottman attachment-based therapy.

Life is both beautiful and broken at times. You deserve to live full, free, and whole. So often we unintentionally get stuck in patterns we do not understand that affect our view of who we are and our relationships with the people we love the most. I believe we are wired for connection--both broken and restored in the context of relationships. Together we will work toward a healing story with new directions. I have special interests and experience in couples therapy, military family life, betrayal trauma, anxiety, grief, and spiritual hurts and questions.
