I believe we are our own experts but we sometimes need some extra support to get through difficult times or unstick ourselves emotionally. For me, therapy is a collaborative process that unfolds via conversation. I go where you go and ask lots of questions along the way. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, pain management, brain functioning, trauma, and other negative life experiences.
