I specialize in treating adults struggling with anxiety and trauma. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based treatment, we will work to address the underlying processes of psychological pain, including difficulties recognizing or tolerating emotions, low self-confidence and harsh self-criticisms, and fears of making mistakes or upsetting others. This work helps develop a kinder and more affirming way of interacting with yourself, creating the groundwork for effectively pursuing life goals, dreams, and ambitions.
I have over a decade of experience as a therapist, evaluator, trainer, and supervisor. I am the owner of Blue Skies Psychological Services and work with a wonderful team of psychologists to provide the best care possible for our communities.
