LPC Intern, MS, NCC, LPCI
I specialize in working with people experiencing depression, feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing,
, life changes, trauma, low self worth, self-criticism, communication, identifying needs and boundary issues.
I believe in the strength and resilience of people. Facing the parts of us that are scared, in pain, angry or that we are ashamed of is hard work and it is rewarding work. We have the opportunity to increase self awareness, understand and accept patterns, and learn new skills and ways of engaging in the world. I prioritize building a genuine, empathetic, safe relationship that will provide a foundation for the work we do. As a therapist, I ground my work in Internal Family Systems Theory and Person Centered Theory.
