About
Are you feeling stuck...overwhelmed...hopeless? Do you sense it's time to make a change? I believe that healing and growth are within reach regardless of your life circumstances or past experiences. I will walk with you as you explore the difficulties you are facing, such as anxiety and depression, grief, betrayal, or difficult relationships. I will help you develop and use new skills, and cultivate a fresh perspective and understanding. You are welcome to contact me for a free half hour consultation to see if we are a good fit.
If you are struggling with relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting concerns, grief, or depression I can help. I work with couples preparing for marriage, and help married couples enhance and strengthen their relationship. I also volunteer with an area hospice and have training in helping those going through grief.
My style of work is nurturing, hopeful, and supportive and am committed to providing a safe environment necessary for growth and healing. I work with individuals as well as couples and families. Visit my website for more info and contact me with any questions or to make an appointment.
